About Neutralform

Neutralform publishes one thing: a five-step beginner's course on online games, written for readers in Australia, with a checklist at the end of each step. This page explains who publishes it, how it was put together, and what pays for it.

Content is written by the INAKA s.r.o. editorial team. We do not publish bylines, author biographies or staff listings, because an individual name would add nothing you could verify and would imply a personal endorsement the material does not carry. Responsibility for everything on this site sits with the company named above, which is why its registration details appear on every page.

How the course was structured

The course was built backwards from the checklists. We started by listing the decisions a household actually has to make when someone in it wants to start playing an online game — whose name the account is in, which device, how much a month, what the classification says, what happens when interest fades — and then grouped those decisions into five sets that have to happen in order. The explanatory text was written afterwards, to explain why each checklist item is on the list.

That order is the reason the course has the shape it does. Step 1 is background because the later steps use its words. Step 2 is about your household rather than about any game, because a requirement you have not written down cannot be checked against anything. Step 3 is the longest step because it is where money and rules live. Step 4 is a procedure rather than an essay. Step 5 is a routine, because the costs that surprise people arrive months after setup.

A deliberate constraint runs through all five: no step depends on a particular game. Every instruction is written so that it applies to whatever title you are actually considering. That constraint is partly editorial and partly a protection — it means the commercial relationship described below cannot quietly shape the advice, because the advice never names a product as the answer to anything.

What sources each step relies on

Statements about Australian institutions, rights and processes link to the responsible body's own website rather than to a summary of it. Those bodies, and where each is used:

SourceUsed in
Australian Classification BoardStep 3, for classifications and consumer advice on computer games.
eSafety CommissionerSteps 2, 4 and 5, for family guidance, device controls and the national complaint schemes.
Australian Cyber Security CentreSteps 1, 4 and 5, for passphrases, multi-factor authentication and software updates.
ACCCSteps 1, 3 and 5, for consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
ScamwatchSteps 1, 3 and 5, for current scam types and reporting.
OAICSteps 1, 3 and 5, for the Australian Privacy Principles and access rights.

Two rules govern what else appears. First, we publish no figures of our own — no test results, no benchmarks, no survey percentages, no rating thresholds — because we have not produced any and a number without a source is worse than no number. Second, where a factual claim cannot be sourced, the course either phrases it as general guidance or leaves it out and says so. You will find several places where the text says the publisher may not state something; that is deliberate, not an omission.

Products mentioned, and the commercial relationship

This matters enough to state without softening. One product is named in this course: Star Stable Online, in Steps 2 and 3 and on the home page. The links to it are paid affiliate links. INAKA s.r.o. has a commercial relationship with the affiliate network that operates those links, and commission is payable when a reader signs up, plays for the first time, or makes a purchase after following one.

So the honest summary is: that product is named because of the commercial relationship. No independent process selected it, and nothing on this site should be read as a judgment that it is better than any alternative. What the relationship does not do is change the course. The checklists existed before the links did, no step recommends buying anything, and every instruction is written to be applied to whatever title you choose. The Affiliate Disclosure sets this out in full, including what the commission does and does not pay for.

The only facts this site states about that product are the ones given to us: that it operates an affiliate programme paying commission on sign-up, first play and purchases. We do not describe how it plays, what it costs, what device suits it or who would enjoy it, because we have not been told and would be making it up.

How often it is reviewed

The whole course is read through and checked against its sources at least twice a year, and sooner when a linked body changes something material — a regulator's remit, a classification process, a consumer-law provision. A review means every external link is opened and every general claim is re-read against the source it depends on, not a glance at the page.

The date in the footer of every page is the last time that happened. If a review changes the substance of a step, the step is rewritten rather than patched, and the date moves. Legal pages carry their own effective date, which changes when the policy itself changes.

What this site is not

It is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any game publisher. It is not a news publication, and nothing here is reporting. It is not a personal blog and contains no reader experiences, reviews, ratings or testimonials. It is not accredited training: there is nothing to join, no assessment, no certificate and no record of who has read what. It is not a download site and hosts no software.

It also collects nothing. There is no form anywhere on this site, no newsletter, no account, no analytics, no advertising tag and no cookie. The checklists do not remember what you tick, because remembering would require storage and there is none. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe that in detail, and both are written to match the code rather than to cover every possibility.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, out of date or unclear, write to info@neutralform.online and say which page and which sentence. Corrections of fact are made as soon as they are confirmed. We do not publish reader correspondence, and an email to us is used to answer you and for nothing else.
