Privacy Policy
Effective date: 8 October 2026
This policy describes how INAKA s.r.o. handles personal information in connection with the website at neutralform.online. INAKA s.r.o. is a company registered in the Czech Republic, company registration 24170381, VAT number CZ24170381, at V domově 1699/18, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, contactable at info@neutralform.online. INAKA s.r.o. decides what is collected here and why, and is the entity answerable for it.
Personal information arising from this website is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, which are published by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles. Because that framework is organised as thirteen principles, this policy is set out the same way: one section per principle, saying what it means on this particular website. Where a principle has little application here, the section says so in one sentence rather than padding it.
This policy covers neutralform.online and nothing else. The affiliate link on this site leads to https://goradar.xyz/a/J63kwSKWLYtykAB, and the government and regulator websites referred to in the course are also separate. Once you leave this domain you are reading someone else's site under someone else's policy.
APP 1 — Open and transparent management of personal information
This document is the policy required by the first principle, and it is linked from the footer of every page on the site. It is written to match the way the website actually works rather than to describe every practice a website might have. INAKA s.r.o. keeps the handling of personal information deliberately minimal: the site has no forms, no accounts and no tracking, which means there is very little to manage. If you want a copy of this policy in another form, ask at info@neutralform.online.
APP 2 — Anonymity and pseudonymity
You can read every page of this course without identifying yourself. There is nothing to sign in to and nothing to fill in. If you write to us, you may use a pseudonymous email address and we will reply to it. The single exception is a request for access to or correction of personal information: there we need enough detail to be confident we are dealing with the right person before we release or change anything.
APP 3 — Collection of solicited personal information
Two categories of information arise from this site, and nothing else does.
Server access logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary web server logs when a page is requested: the IP address making the request, the date and time, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and the user-agent string identifying the browser and operating system. These are generated by the web server, not by anything we have added to the pages.
Email you send us. If you write to info@neutralform.online, we hold your email address, any name you give, the content of your message and any attachment you choose to send.
Nothing else is collected. To be specific: this site has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no search box, no account, no login, no comments, no quiz and no progress saving. The checklists do not record what you tick. There are no cookies, no localStorage or other browser storage, no analytics, no advertising or conversion tags, no social or video embeds, no web fonts and no third-party scripts. The pages request nothing from any server other than the one serving this site, so no other company learns that you visited.
APP 4 — Dealing with unsolicited personal information
Occasionally an email contains information we did not ask for and do not need in order to reply — details about other people, documents, or personal circumstances volunteered along the way. Where it is lawful and reasonable to do so, we delete that material rather than keeping it, and we do not copy it anywhere else in the meantime.
APP 5 — Notification of the collection of personal information
This policy is that notification, and it is why the previous sections list the two categories explicitly rather than in general terms. Server logs are collected automatically as part of serving a page; email is collected because you chose to write. The purposes are set out under APP 6, the recipients under APP 8, and the retention periods under the heading on retention below.
APP 6 — Use or disclosure of personal information
Access logs are used for three things only: keeping the site secure, preventing and investigating abuse such as automated attacks, and diagnosing faults when something stops working. They are not analysed to build an audience picture, and we do not attempt to identify readers from them.
Email is used to reply to you and to do whatever you have asked, such as correcting an error on a page.
Personal information arising from this site is never sold, rented, traded or shared with anyone for marketing. It is disclosed outside INAKA s.r.o. only to the providers named under APP 8, and to a public authority where the law requires it or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
APP 7 — Direct marketing
We do no direct marketing of any kind. There is no mailing list, no newsletter, no promotional email, no course reminder and no re-contact after you have written to us. Your address is not added to anything, because there is nothing to add it to.
APP 8 — Cross-border disclosure of personal information
Two providers handle information on our behalf: our hosting provider, which serves the website and keeps the access logs, and our email service provider, which runs the mailbox behind the contact address. We have not been asked to name them here and do not, but you should assume that both may store or process data outside Australia, including in countries whose privacy laws differ from Australian law. INAKA s.r.o. itself is in the Czech Republic, so correspondence sent to us is read in the European Union. No other recipients exist.
APP 9 — Adoption, use or disclosure of government related identifiers
None applies. This site does not ask for, adopt, use or disclose any government related identifier such as a tax file number, driver licence number or Medicare number, and we would not know what to do with one if it were sent.
APP 10 — Quality of personal information
The little information we hold is whatever you typed, so it is accurate by definition at the moment you send it. If something we hold about you is wrong, out of date or incomplete, tell us and we will correct it. Access logs are machine-generated records of events and are not corrected, since altering them would defeat the only reason they exist.
APP 11 — Security of personal information
The site is served over HTTPS, so what passes between your browser and the server is encrypted in transit. There is no database behind this site, no submitted content is stored, and no file is uploaded by readers, which removes most of the ways a small website loses data. The hosting account and the mailbox are reachable only by people working for INAKA s.r.o., using individual credentials. We hold no certification or compliance standard beyond what is described here, and we do not claim one.
Email we no longer need is deleted on the schedule set out below rather than archived indefinitely.
APP 12 — Access to personal information
You may ask what personal information INAKA s.r.o. holds about you and receive a copy. Write to info@neutralform.online with the words Privacy request in the subject line. There is no charge for making a request. We reply within 30 days. In practice, for almost every reader the answer is that we hold nothing at all, because reading this site leaves no record tied to you beyond a short-lived server log entry.
APP 13 — Correction of personal information
You may ask us to correct personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Use the same address and the same subject line, and describe what is wrong. We reply within 30 days. If we decide not to make a correction, we will tell you why in writing and note your request alongside the information.
Why each category is kept, and for how long
| Category | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Server access logs | Security, abuse prevention, fault diagnosis | 30 days, then deleted |
| Email correspondence | Replying to you | 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it is needed for a legal claim |
Affiliate links and what happens when you follow one
Some pages of the course link to a game publisher's website through a paid affiliate link. Following that link takes you off neutralform.online. From that moment, Star Stable Online and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own sites to record that the referral came from us, and your information is handled under their policies rather than this one. We do not control that and cannot switch it off from here.
What we receive back is a commission report from the affiliate network: aggregate counts of referrals and amounts payable. INAKA s.r.o. uses those reports only to reconcile payments. We do not seek, request or receive information identifying individual readers, and we have no way to connect a commission line to a person who read this site.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled personal information, write to info@neutralform.online and describe what happened. We will investigate and reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can take the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which handles privacy complaints: oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.
Data breaches
If we become aware of unauthorised access to, or loss of, personal information connected with this site, we assess what happened promptly. Where the breach is likely to result in serious harm, we notify the people affected and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, and we say plainly what was involved and what you can do about it.
Children
This course is written for adults, typically parents and carers making a decision on behalf of someone younger. The site is not directed at people under 16, and because it has no forms, accounts or tracking of any kind, it does not collect information that would identify a child. If a child writes to the contact address, we treat the message the same way as any other email and delete it on the schedule above.
Information for readers in the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom
INAKA s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so European data protection law applies to our handling of personal information alongside the Australian framework described above.
Our legal basis for keeping server access logs is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, available and free of abuse, balanced against the limited and short-lived nature of the data. Our legal basis for handling email is to respond to the enquiry you have chosen to send. We rely on consent for nothing, because there are no cookies, no tracking and no marketing on this site, so there is nothing to consent to.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it rectified, to have it erased, to have our handling of it restricted, to receive it in a portable form, and to object to our processing of it. Use info@neutralform.online for any of these. You may also complain to a supervisory authority; ours is the Office for Personal Data Protection in Prague (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz, and readers elsewhere in the EU or the UK may complain to their own national authority instead.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the effective date at the top is updated. If a change is material — a new category of information, a new recipient, a longer retention period — a short note saying so is placed at the top of this page and left there for 30 days, so that a returning reader can see something has moved without comparing versions.
