These terms apply to your use of neutralform.online, published by INAKA s.r.o., V domově 1699/18, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, company registration 24170381, VAT number CZ24170381. Reading the site means accepting them. They are short because the site does little: it publishes a course and collects nothing.

What this site is

Neutralform publishes a five-step beginner's course about online games, with a checklist at the end of each step. It is general information for a general audience in Australia. It is not professional advice, security advice, legal advice, financial advice or parenting advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Your circumstances may make a different course of action sensible, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make.

It is also not accredited training. There is nothing to join, no assessment, no certificate, no qualification and no record of who has read what. Nothing here is recognised by any educational or regulatory body, and nobody should describe having read it as a credential.

Accuracy and change

The course is written carefully and reviewed at least twice a year against the sources it relies on, as described on the About page. Even so, the subject moves. Game publishers change their prices, their terms, their age rules, their device requirements and their features, often without notice. Classification decisions, regulator guidance and the law can change as well.

So: check product details with the vendor before you act on them. Where this course describes what to look for, the thing to look at is the publisher's own current page, not our description of it. Where this course refers to an Australian regulator, the authority is that body's own site. We make no promise that the site is complete, current or free of error, though we correct errors promptly when they are pointed out — write to info@neutralform.online.

This site links to external websites, including government and regulator sites and, on some pages, a game publisher's site through a paid affiliate link described in full on our Affiliate Disclosure. Those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their availability, their terms or their handling of your information, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond what the linking text actually says.

Use of the content

The text, layout and code of this site belong to INAKA s.r.o. You are welcome to read it, print the checklists, and use them in your own household, school or community group. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. Republishing whole pages, or using the content to train or populate another service, requires our written permission.

Brand names mentioned in the course belong to their owners, as set out in the notice at the foot of every page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a consumer guarantee applies to anything we supply, it applies, and no sentence here overrides it.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law permits, INAKA s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its general information, including loss caused by a decision about a game, a purchase, an account or a device. Where our liability can be limited rather than excluded, it is limited to supplying the information again.

Access is provided as it is: we do not promise the site will always be available, and we may change or withdraw any page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where INAKA s.r.o. is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. That choice does not displace any protection available to you as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law and the rights administered by the ACCC, and it does not require you to bring a consumer claim anywhere you would not otherwise have to.

Changes to these terms
